1. Introduction
1.1 This disclaimer governs your use of our website and the terms and conditions associated with the services offered by Everything Ear.
1.2 By using our website, you accept these terms in full; if you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.
1.3 By booking any service with Everything Ear, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Ear Wax Removal, Hearing Test & Hearing Aid Services
2.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct service has been booked.
2.2 In the event that Everything Ear is unable to carry out the service as planned, we will issue a full refund. We are not responsible for any consequential losses.
2.3 Customers must arrive for their appointment with the required items for their service. Failure to do so may result in the service being unable to be performed, and no refund will be issued.
2.4 Required items for ear wax removal, hearing tests, or hearing aid services may include identification, medical records (where applicable), and any hearing aids or devices that need adjustments.
2.5 If a customer fails their hearing test or hearing aid adjustment, Everything Ear is not responsible for any consequential loss, including financial loss.
2.6 All information provided must be accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to refuse service if inaccurate or misleading information is provided.
2.7 Everything Ear is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of hearing aids after service.
3. Appointment & Cancellations
3.1 Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes (Monday to Friday). Any requests outside this timeframe may not be accepted, and full charges will apply.
3.2 If a customer fails to attend their appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice, a payment request will be issued to cover the costs incurred. This may be passed on to a debt collection agency if necessary.
