Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel within 7 days of making your booking, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund, regardless of the appointment date.
This policy is in place due to the administrative and doctor allocation costs involved in processing your medical.
No Returns Required
As this is a service-based product, there are no physical goods to return. Therefore, our standard refund process applies only to cancellations made within the stated timeframe.
