About the Job
As a GMC-registered doctor working with Shooting Medicals, your role will involve completing firearm and shotgun medical proformas for applicants across the UK. This is a non-patient-facing role where you’ll review medical records provided by applicants and assess their fitness to hold a firearm or shotgun certificate.
We provide full training, support, and templates to make the process straightforward. Most forms can be completed remotely in your own time, making this an ideal opportunity for doctors seeking flexible, low-stress work alongside other commitments. All communication with applicants and police forces is handled by our admin team—allowing you to focus on the clinical aspects.
